Nong Shim Nom Nom



Very excited to present this little baby:





Nong Shim Potato Noodle Soup! My new favorite ramen (my other fave's cheese bokki), it's amazing in so many ways. Since it's got the magic ingredient, potato starch, the noodles are extra chewy, and they stay chewy even if you leave your ramen (doesn't go soggy!). And it has the perfect amount of spiciness to it, spicy but not Shin Ramyun spicy (although, I love it). As soon as I finished my ramen, I wanted more... I still do T_T


Sigh. I'm off to bed now, and I'll probably dream about ramen. Like I did the other day (no joke).
